3. Account Obligations

11. Suspension & Termination

fb773 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if fb773 reasonably believes that a Player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failed to meet identity verification requirements within a reasonable time.
• Been identified as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Upon Account closure, fb773 will process any verified remaining Real Money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

Players may close their own Accounts at any time by contacting fb773 support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion. Players who wish to be excluded from the Platform should specifically request self-exclusion as described in Section 8.
